By accessing and using the Tralux Luxury Travel Advisor website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Booking and Reservations
Booking Process
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is only confirmed when you receive a written confirmation from Tralux.
Payment Terms
- A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking
- Full payment is due 60 days before departure
- Payments can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or other approved methods
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Customer
- More than 60 days before departure: Full refund minus administrative fee
- 30-60 days before departure: 50% refund
- Less than 30 days before departure: No refund
Cancellation by Tralux
We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to rebook.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, and emergency evacuation.
Passports and Visas
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports and any required visas for their destinations. Tralux is not liable for denied entry due to improper documentation.
Liability
Tralux acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers. While we carefully select our partners, we are not liable for:
- Acts of third-party suppliers
- Force majeure events
- Personal injury or property damage
- Delays or changes in itineraries
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Tralux and protected by copyright laws.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tralux operates.
